With PG and VG the consensus seems to be that the more VG you have the thicker the eliquid will be and the more vapor it will make, the more VG you have the faster your atomizer or coil will need to be rebuilt or replaced though. The PG in eliquid can be harsh for some as some people have an allergy to it. Personally I never really pay a lot of attention to the PG/VG ratio and the brand I typically vape, VGOD, doesn’t even seem to list the ratio. I’m not really seeing this listed on the Fruit Monster web site either. I think 75% VG / 25% PG is a typical ratio when it’s listed though, I’d probably look for something with this ratio if I was going to go off of that, really the only thing I’d avoid is a high PG ratio of more than 50% as PG can be harsher than VG.
Today most liquids are separated by the type of nicotine that they use. The original and more common nicotine is freebase nicotine but there is also nicotine salt now. The latter is concentrated so the dose is always higher than with freebase and it gives less of a throat hit but less of a cloud, they say this type is better for heavy smokers just starting out but since I typically vape 6mg/ml freebase I stay away from these 25mg/ml and up salt juices. As a brand for freebase nicotine liquid Fruit Monster and their sister company Jam Monster (jelly flavors) is alright, the vapor production is good and the flavor is alright but not amazing; they're kind of a value brand.
Hope this helps.
