Are black Da Buddha Vaporizers backordered?

Hello everyone,
I read that the black DBV's are backordered and you don't find out until after you order it. Well I wanted to order one today(saturday), are they backordered? Is the silver backordered also?
When will I get it delivered to me in the U.S.?(if not backordered)
