Are all DHgate glass sellers generally the same?

I mean as far as quality and consistency? Are there any sellers that stand out above the rest? I know some sellers collaborate with people on here and elsewhere to create/recreate pieces, but even with those sellers people some times have issues(shipping issues, quality etc).

Based off what I've read in the cheap high quality bubbler thread. glassartist seems to be exceptionally good.

Edit: But I don't have any of his pieces.
