I'm not just talking about lactose intolerance.
I've been plagued by this for over a decade. I can't drink Lactaid either. If I drink any kind of milk, it really fucks with my digestive system but 3 days ago, I found a cure.
I've also been diagnosed with a vitamin D deficiency that sunshine and supplements don't seem to address.
A few days ago, I ran out of my staple, soy milk, and was at the market and thought, fuck it, and bought some milk and also bought some probiotics chewables, specifically, acidophilus with lactise by Nature's Bounty.
Used a cup of non-fat milk in some steel cut oatmeal and half way through the bowl, chewed up one of those probiotic wafers. Normally, any ingestion of any kind of milk would give me gas and having me run to the toilet with the runs within a few hours, but his time...................absolutely no issues whatsoever.
So, if anyone else is suffering from intolerance to milk, be it lactose intolerance or to milk in general and you want to drink milk, give this a shot. It worked for me.
