I'd love to know if dosing caps will be available on launch or not. They would be a huge plus for me. Even better if my old ones will fit.
I'm curious about dosing caps too. I'm
going to upgrade on day 1 and also need more dosing caps, but I'm just waiting to see if the existing caps will fit the new device first.
I never found the cleaning that bad but these changes still sound cool. Cork will be sick looking.

Also really hope the old dosing caps work in the new device. My other wish is for a round mouthpiece fitting. Id love to make some wood mouthpieces for the avlp2

Hello all!
I'm looking forward to the 420 discount. I might buy both, the PRO and the V2. I already have the PRO and 6 capsules in my cart.
In the mean time I'm doing research, if this is the best option for me.
I already own a Plenty which is great as a desktop. I even used it in my car with the help of a inverter.
It takes 0.5 grams, and I draw about 10 hits with it (2 sesions).
I also have the FlowerPot, which I love too, but I always manage to break the bong or the adapter.
But I wanted something I can use stealthy in the wilderness, at concerts and other social gatherings.
So after some research I bought a Mighty. Well, I'm so unsatisfied with it.
It's somewhat bulky, not really stealthy. Expensive. Non-replaceble batteries.
Long heat up time. Hard to clean. Not great at all with concentrates.
But the real problem is the small bowl, and how inefficient it is.
0.2 grams, two medium pufs and it's dead. All portables from S&B have the same bowl...
I think the Legacy PRO will take care of all that, at half the price.
What do you guys think?

I can't compare to the Mighty because it's have never used it. But on your main points:
-Stealthiness: AVLP shines here I think
-Heat up time: I do think the AVLP is a little faster but others can correct me
-Hard to clean: This is probably worse than the Mighty with the current generation AVLP but is apparently one of the things they're really fixing next
-Concentrates: I like concentrates on this device. Importantly the temp goes much higher for this purpose. If you're going to use it for this pretty frequently without flower I'd get an extra wax pad or two
-Bowl size: I *think* it's like .3g but anyway with the dosing caps I feel like it's not as big of a deal I just pack a few and swap them out. But then the dosng caps hold a little less than the bowl of course. I've never measured. AVLP also has on demand mode which can make the same bowl amount last much longer since you're not cooking it the whole time.
