Unless the warranty has changed drastically, you do not have to return your old one.

I've got both of my old Legacys (Legaci?) and iirc I've received the "Uncle Gary" discount on both my Legacy Pros.

Yes.
The display on my vape went so I contacted AirVape and I was told if I register my vape I can have a new one sent out.
