I ordered one. The 4MD ought to be amazing, but this should fit longer tapers like the 2ZM does ( I hope). That along with the cable should make it perfect for a waterpipe on the porch. The 2ZM is really fine so this should be great too.Ryan from RBT announced the 3TC (i guess the "Timber cannon" v3)
What do you think about it?
I have 1 milaana 3 and I'll get a 4 as well as this 3TC
I haven't read all the 2ZM post, but it seems that I'll be using it like @DgN'R does on his 2ZM, quick draws on short stem
Ryan told me that the 3tc will use 19/22, your thinking about longer stems in terms of convection?I've read a post on the 2zm saying that being too close leads to conduction,I ordered one. Ah, bummer. Not convection, my intention is just to use standard labware. Most of my male-male 19mm joints are 24mm long. I was mostly interested in using it inverted on a joint so it doesn't sound like 3TC will work as I'd hoped unless it ships with one. The 2ZM is 26mm so it's perfect, just a little heavy and bulky for waterpipe use. I think the 4MD will be 22mm long as well. hmmmm.Ryan told me that the 3tc will use 19/22, your thinking about longer stems in terms of convection?I've read a post on the 2zm saying that being too close leads to conduction,
The heater's so powerful the distance is not an issue other than for conduction purposes.but I guess that more space also means less efficient use of the heater (not like a Milaana 3 where there doesn't seem to be much conduction even with the basket screen really close )
If it works like the 2ZM it should be really nice.I'm only using portable vapes because of laziness but I'll only use it to get one short puff like on the Milaana 3 (and 4 hopefully), do you think it will be worthy?
I use it like a brick, so I guess a bigger draw. I let it heat for a few seconds, pull some heat into the chamber and then kinda of rip it once it gets going. I'll have to see if I can track down some shorter adapters....I've read that it's more about big draws, or even concentrates, but I'd like to use it with a big jhook
