Yes, I could order them for relatively cheap, but I've seen pictures of some people's glass accessory collections here and I'm guessing there are some people who'd like to scoop up a few bucks by getting rid of some unneeded adapters.
Just got a new stemless piece with an 18mm joint from my LHS and I need an 18>14mm reducer adapter so I can use it with my 14mm HI stems, as well as an 18mm male-to-male adapter to use with my 18mm dome.
