No matter how old it is, this habit will die immediately after your first serious heat lock 😄 The Tornado locks much harder than the Anvil, in fact you‘ll probably need pliers in addition to a hex key or wrench to unlock it. I also like all my devices rattle free, but after the second heat lock...

Yeah, it’s an absolute beauty. I was lucky to get the color and style I liked the most from all the scruffy work I‘ve seen. I wrote a direct message here, but to see the recent work you have to go on Instagram. https://www.instagram.com/scruffywoofers?igsh=MThycWRqbHFxZHRxYw==

Probably. But I can’t imagine this to happen just in time before Christmas. I‘m super excited to hit the Tornado native, so I ordered the 8mm adapter from @ScruffyWoofers - and one of their beautiful stems 😍 Can’t wait for this to arrive.

    Vestratto Tornado heating tips

I didn’t know that, thanks 👍 Just tried it out with good results, some fancy torches got usable again. My industry torches didn’t suffer so much from all those years of just refilling, but even they could improve by the treatment. Speaking of which, one can imagine what I used those stronger...

Do you want to have a pass through function on your vaporizer?

If the batteries are replaceable, I don’t care much since I charge them externally anyway. But I love pass through charging for devices with non replaceable batteries. The possibility to use them while charging is super convenient as I don’t have to be too strict with my charging schedule when...

    Vestratto Tornado heating tips

I‘ve never been able to find a pocket torch with two or more flames that doesn’t suck. Do you have recommendations? Meanwhile I advise you to try the biggest torch you can find, first click. You’ll be surprised 😉

    Vestratto Tornado heating tips

Back to heating methods, I‘ve been trying this lately: My torch is a little less powerful, taking about 14 seconds. The muted flavor I reported earlier has turned to amazing, effects are remarkable and the smoothness still baffles me ever once in a while. Double the flame half the time is still...

Yeah, the Inductor is reported to be a perfect match as it basically mimics a (scary powerful) torch. I‘m sure you also can vary your results with the Wand, but I consider it to be more limited than the Inductor or a torch. Man.. don’t get me too interested 🙉🙈 Don’t want to find out if IHAS is...

    Arizer Solo 3

@old-fart Congratulations and thanks for the photo. @chillAtGVC Yeah, looky kinda pluggy 😂 Loosing this lid sucks so much and replacing it is the easiest thing to do. I totally don’t get why Arizer doesn’t sell those or include a 5pc pack with every new device.

    Tornado by Vestratto

Well.. yes. Heating with the Wand is just effortless and gets you good repeatable results. But with a torch you can really take advantage on the atomizer by including it in your torching. You can also get different results from different flame sizes and heating styles, so many options to try...

Good luck finding it. Maybe your dog can help? Those little fellas are simply amazing. Would you mind taking a photo if you find it? I wonder how exactly it’s attached, thinking of the shape of a T or a butt-plug 😄

    Tornado by Vestratto

I must say that I haven’t been trying it fully open, I use to back it up only like a 1/3 turn from being fully closed in order not to heat-lock it. Never felt the need for more airflow honestly. Before I replied to you I sucked directly at the Tornado WPA while turning the bowl. This definitely...

That sucks, I‘m actually afraid for this to happen to my device since I have it. Do you know how it could have come loose from the unit? I definitely want to avoid that as I love that little lid for its convenience.

@Ralph This is not exactly true. The airflow can be adjusted by how deep you screw the bowl into the Tornado.

    WoodPacker

Interesting, thanks. Imagining I‘m one of those users, I‘d still prefer to have the magnet at the end in order to have the scoop in an upright position. This takes less space and makes it more comfortable to grab imo.

I like it! Not really understanding the magnet though. As an Anvil lover I’d wish for a strong circular magnet at the stir tool end instead. Being it a ring the stir tool still can go through.

No reason not to buy such a versatile IH when there’s great discount and you’re not on a budget. I read it works well with all these devices. And by the time the Forge is fixed, you‘re in a very comfortable position to wait for a good price.

    Anvil by Vestratto

The restrictive element is the Anvil itself, no matter what size of hole you put underneath - unless it’s too small, which isn’t the case for either 14 or 18mm.

Temperature is also controlled by your draw speed. I contacted Arizer lately, this is what they wrote on heating: „In Both Modes (Session & On Demand) the oven temperature is regulated and stabilized based on airflow rate during use with a finely-tuned hybrid heat ratio of 80% Convection, 20%...
