450-500 hours pretty evenly split across 2 Ventys. All button falling apart, no E04 ever seen. Ordered first on release from S&B direct and second (current with buttons wrecked again) was RMA replacement after 3/4 months of release.

To add to this, every RMA you only send back the device without cooling unit. Each RMA results in a free cooling unit with device replacement 🔥 But yeah if S&B honour the warranty, no worries as long as you have spare device for week or so
