    Wouldn't it make more sense to send them out in the order of the successful firmware update? There could be people who haven't even bricked yet who would be skipped otherwise? To me it makes more sense, first acknowledged updater receives the first fixed unit.

    Simply reconnect. And perhaps you should hurry. Noone said that it should be drained. No idea if you can still do it or if it is too late when it is drained. The update is usually successful in seconds. 3 dots and the bt symbol mean the update was successful.

    Absolutely agree. Other vapes feel like so much hassle now. The classic suddenly feels like work, I need glass again which the Venty basically eliminated. Perhaps it's the perfect time for a hopefully short t break.

    In my German email it says it is a hardware error affecting battery management. So not the battery itself, but related to the battery.
