Does the LED on the front of the PID blink or stay on when the temp is set?
You should be able to use your multi meter to determine if the SSR is outputting voltage, check the + and - terminals on the XLR, if it is outputting the voltage your issue is probably the coil.
I've found that slightly loosening the 5dxxl chamber helps resolve the red/white chamber issue. The other issue I have had that can cause a similar problem is with the Turbo cap, it seems to also cause the session to end even if the chamber is slightly backed off. I really like the xl glass...
I'm not sure on the reason for the new equipment, I haven't been following all the updates recently. I'm not quite sure what could be updated to make the Aroma 3 more functional, it works fantastic as is, that being said I'm sure Ben will make some tweaks in the future.
Ben has made a handful of changes to the Aroma 3 since the founders edition, but no big changes coming anytime soon as far as I know.
The big news in the pipeline is the Aroma 3 XL, which is a new larger version!
That is my understanding. Hence why I'm frustrated.
Yeah, agreed, especially because units have failed while being used properly outside the 30 day policy its concerning. Quite unfortunate that they are reluctant to replace a device that was either assembled improperly or failed during shipping.
I ordered the Inductor during the most recent sale and added the Zooter & Convector XL. I was super excited to try this device when I got it.
Unfortunately, after plugging it all in and getting ready to test it everything appeared to be working, but the moment I pressed the button and applied...
I don't have a tempest to compare but I love to use my Stunner with the wand. I run a 800f cycle and then either rip or add 5-15 seconds depending on how dark of a roast I'm looking for.
Here is my take on a wireless FlowerKettle and Electropath.
I used some Stainless steel tubing that I cut to length, they are 16mm ID 20mm OD and 20mm ID 25mm OD. I used some dead coils for the handles and ground down the lip on the Flower kettle a little bit to 25mm but I'm quite happy with...
Got my Calypso in a last week and I've really been enjoying it! its slightly smaller than I was expecting but still a really nice and works great with the Epitome and heated Vulcan!

Depends on when and what color you ordered, the clear Calypso's are the only thing...
Thanks!
I used an angle grinder with some sanding discs and put the head in a drill with some Velcro to hold the trigger down. I started with 40grit then went to 120grit as I was getting close to the body, after it was nearly flush I finished it up with the dremel and buffing wheels.
Sanding...
Got my new Screwball housing in today, opted to convert it to work with my 25mm wireless coils by removing the lower lip on the housing. I'm really liking the look of the new lid and has been working great with 2mm zirc balls instead of gem cut.

Did you modify the head in any ways other than swapping the handle ring for a thicker SS one?
Sounds like the Chalice bowl is the one from B2C? because if it is I don't believe that one works with 22mm heads, only their 23mm heads. If it is the one from them I'd be careful claiming that it...
It's actually a new color that isn't listed yet. Sounds like he will be adding it to the Calypso color options and also be creating a listing to upgrade your Calypso to color by this weekend.
The Wireless SKO mod I did worked fantastic heated in the wand, took a full 800f heat cycle + a little depending on how hot you want to go with it. This one seems like a perfect candidate for heating in an induction heater as its SS instead of Ti which I believe has a harder time in IH's
I...
Yes, I cut the rim off a basket screen and put it in so that way no rubies would sit under the area the coil covers. I haven't tried the Tiodw Lite, I have only tried the Tiodw mini, all of their vapes seem decent none of them seem amazing. I'd recommend looking into the Omega, if you can wait...
I have a SKO, it does great for smaller doses, if I am doing smaller loads I like to use a bowl with the screen as close as possible to the bottom of the injector tip so the distance from the herb to heater is as short as possible. I also recently did a few mods to my SKO including the basket...
Its not a WPA, its an adapter to go from 8mm stems (dynavap standard) to 9mm stems (Stunner, Dani, Etc) and its $40 because it was a custom part that he had to get made. If you find one cheaper I'm sure people including Mike would love to see it. AFAIK this is the only one being produced.
