I got in touch with them and got it fixed , the device is new from march but apparently a total of 5 vibration doesn't mean the actual vibrations and the sequence of triple clicking 5 times. *face palm*
Hey I'm having problems entering the calibration mode in the TM im following the instructions but when i need to put the dial on 5 and then triple click the TM just turns on
