    Does anyone know how/if the dimmer box opens up to replace the cord? Im not opposed to chopping up an old power cord but I cant figure out how it attaches inside the box. I dont see screws anywhere to get it open.

    Hi. My dimmer cord is shot and I’ve tried to contact someone through the website and filled out an RMA request and haven’t heard back. Is the best way to get ahold of someone to just wait on an email from them? Thanks for the help, I love the vape, just need to get it working again.
