Happened to me with first IQ and you could definitely clean it. You'll just spend whole afternoon by that. I was soaking one tip after another in iso and stick it there and from time to time gently prick there with large pin. Finally everything dropped out as it softened due to iso and was...

Both have 5 years, IQ2 and first IQ 10.
