I just got my extreme q and used it with a syn showerhead holy shit it was great. Warmed it up then hit it at 180 light smoke but wow did 3 hits started slow then went fast coughed a little too!

Would it be better to get a 18/14 adapter or a straight 14 GonG elbow? It is a smaller toro bubbler so night trying to add a bunch of huge add ons. Thanks Stu for the words of advice I will make sure to use a cotton ball. Does the potpourri bowl come with it or do I need to buy it? Besides...
