Depending on the ID of your straw, there are a few WPAs out there with o-rings to fit a stem like the TM. If not, maybe a silicone adapter?

I like the Dyna's conduction-heavy profile for hash, but find it underwhelming for frequent herb use. My FrankenVap (20M tip, Vong stem, replacement cap that no longer clicks) has become my hash stick.

I have the Crossing Tech Herb Scoop and have been very happy with it! I previously used a 1/4 tsp measure, but having a lip on the end of the spoon was inconvenient as herb spilled over.
