I can only speak on the cleaning portion. I broke mine down for its first cleaning today. I just ISO soaked everything. Came out looking good as new. As far as cleaning the dish alone, cranking it up to 900-1000 gets it nice and clean. Inserts will require slightly higher/lower temps to clean.
