I tried plastic and aluminum items, but with no result - too soft to turn the cover. If you know any special tools for this purpose - please share.

There's no customer support and warranty for the device right now. I love the vaporizer itself, but the lack of support was completely disappointing. The only thing you can - pray, that your device does not break. My device had a problem with a jammed battery cover a month ago, I couldn't open...
