England order no #679 dispatched. Received a email from tinymight saying status is shipped, and another fom DHL saying its dispatched too.

Have sent 5 emails in the last 3 weeks with no response to my enquiries what a shitty way to run a business. A response is all i want this is beyond a joke now im order 679 has anyone received there order that is close to mine??

I agree but they could at least have someone on the email side of things to reassure customers of there order. There is also verry little information about shipping and dispatch status. I genuinely agree with most of what your saying but you should always comment on the negatives as this helps...

I totally get that tm is verry busy at the minute but fair play what a pain in the ass this is?!?! Should have been prepared for this.
