They are almost new. I knew all along that my version was underpowered because it was shipped just before Marc made the modification for the others. So I think the problem should be solved now. A priori, we are at the combustion limit at these temperatures so the avb should be heavy/dark roasted.

My unit (beta) is clearly underpowered, I'm at 440°F for a roast that can't go to combustion. Less powerfull than my Fw7. A come back to Marc is planned.
