Vleaf Go: on-demand convection herb vaporizer!

Thanks for the tip, but "a pain to clean" I've got covered. Well covered....... Regards to all. OF

Vleaf Go: on-demand convection herb vaporizer!

How am I using mine? Pretty much 'all the time'. Half a dozen or more times a day. I generally exhaust each load in one sitting. Mind the load can be small or large. Average loads (say 15 to the gram) go in five or so hits if I'm using a WT and mean business. This means stirring once or...

Vleaf Go: on-demand convection herb vaporizer!

I think that's a fair enough thing to say about conduction vapes (sometimes including grind), but this is a convection vape.....different rules? Firm contact is no longer a good thing, rather 'free flow' of the heated air. Unlike typical vapes, very tiny loads can work quite well with only...

No there is not. At least not that I can find. Sales types would not allow it, they want big numbers (what sells) and would like to sell you a replacement as soon as possible. All (four) of the charge controller ICs I could find follow this rule (if they did not, makers would of course buy...

Vleaf Go: on-demand convection herb vaporizer!

To some extent, you're in control of taste. You have to keep it clean and put good herb in of course, but there's only so much 'light stuff' (where the taste is) in herb. If you hit it hard, lots of hot air, that strips the taste out quickly for sure, sip at it and you can get better taste...

    Multi-brand HEALTHY RIPS FURY

Understood. It's in our genetics I think. Time was 'lids' came complete with seeds as well. We'd save them too even though they with the stems contained a small fraction of the THC from what was by today's standards very weak pot. I used to keep mine in the shoebox lid I'd 'roll' the weed...

    Multi-brand HEALTHY RIPS FURY

"It depends", doesn't it always? It is, or should be, pretty potent. But as you say not easy to get to. Probably the best way is with solvent. Either 'high proof' ISO (91% or better) or Ethanol (harder to get unless 'Everclear' is available where you are. Be careful soaking the plastic...

Yup. In general you can charge them at the same currents as discharge. The chemicals don't care. But, as BU says, heat is the enemy here. Using a cell at high current for a short while builds up little heat. A lower charge rate (but running non stop for hours) can heat more. So the best...

    Multi-brand HEALTHY RIPS FURY

Sure is. Not to mention 60,000 plus 'likes'.......... No, wait, I just mentioned it. That's way more important to me. Any fool can make 20,000 posts given enough time and 'no life', I've proved that. But getting 3:1 likes says I'm helping some? That, of course, is the real goal. Times...

FWIW, that's my understanding as well. F1 was sold far and wide, F2 was a 'slightly new' model from HR. Perhaps F2 was not enough different to merit it's own thread? Confusing for sure, fortunately we know what vape we're talking about.......or at least think we do. Regards to all. OF

    Arizer Solo II

You never know, they're not famous for hiring the sharpest knives in the drawer. They tend to physical types with attitude problems? It would be more convincing if it was plugged into your cell phone ATT? Then again, the risk is high, your call. Be sure your Solo is super clean. Remember...

An alternative, and perhaps easier, technique is to use a bit of cotton. Either to wrap the hash or to put in after to keep it in place. Cotton is OK at these temperatures. Important to note this works only with pressed hash, bubble hash (same stuff without pressing) or 'dry' kief. Modern...

You're welcome, glad to inform. That's what Forums are for....... Besides, as I said, I feel kind of guilty for the whole idea when it led to good folks damaging their Solos. It's worth noting that changing the oven to incorporate 3 stiffer seals (mistakenly called o-rings but are actually...

Due caution advised indeed. In fact if you're not mechanically inclined I suggest you pass. Unfortunately I'm responsible for this idea. Years ago, with the OG Solo. I was annoyed that the seals that hold the stem (there are no o-rings per se) were loose enough that the bent stem would...

Not being a cloud chaser, I have no advice here. I hope you understand. FWIW it should, in theory, be the best of the breed since the heat exchanger/ load part is common and the metal mass and stem length should improve on that? OF

    Healthy Rips FURY EDGE

Glad you find it useful, that was the goal after all...... Dry is dry IMO. What you call it or how you got there is not important. The very stuff that makes some herb 'sticky' is what also leads to fouling. The water evaporates from the load first, condensing on cooler parts of the vape so...

Excellent points, as usual. Hard to concentrate while staring down the flame in front of your nose. Half a million years of evolution kick in. "Fire bad" is deep in our genetics (right next to fear of falling and loud noises). Such fear is normal and a good thing really. I found spacing it...

First off, congratulations. Dumping blazing for vaping is a solid, very positive, step. You get to enjoy your herb more, cut your weed bill to 1/4 or so of what it was blazing (now that you're not burning up good THC in some ill conceived fire.....) and you get to live longer in the bargain...

The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

I'm not sure I can , but I'll have a lash? Absolutely true. Soldering involves too much heat, pushes the Li cells way past the safe zone. On one end it 'only' damages the seals (causing loss of capacity and very short life) I'm told, but the other end (which needs even more heat to 'get the...

    The Magic-Flight Box

The best way to clean it is to not foul it in the first place. Sound flippant, but it's the key. Once you get deposits under the screen you're in deep trouble since there's no way to get to it and you can't use solvents since that would drive the junk further into the wood. Burnt on junk on...
