It was all the air leak and experience. I have it milking up now at 550. Now it’s end game stuff. Still wanna try the injector or build a pinky, but it hits great now with even abv after moving the shovelhead up a little allowing the screen to sit flat.

I’m pretty sure the air leak is from the 14mm and the shovelhead. The 14mm adapter seals completely. When I install the shovelhead all the way down to glass it leaks air when sealing the bowl. Is it possible the shovelhead or 14mm adapter are out of spec causing the air leak? I have the shovel...

Do you get hot spots in the shovelhead bowl?

Is a fine grind a requirement with the B1? I have been having issues getting big hits. I use a BCG medium and a herb ripper medium. Does the fine grind allow for bigger hits?

Is the Injector a lot different than a B1 and the shovel head bowl? Does using a glass or wood bowl significantly perform better than the shovel head bowl?
