The only issue I had with the Convex was a bit of hot spotting in the bowl. The magnets were not a problem, and it is definitely smaller than the it's competitor. If the price went down that's even better. I passed the Convex on so that someone else could give it a try. That was Choo's intention.

If you tend to like higher Temps, and you do back to back bowls, you will feel the heat buildup at the bottom of the bowl chamber. It is a minor issue when used with restraint, and it's a great vape. Hope it suits you if you acquire one
