It´s really difficult to glue a vaporizer, the position of the parts has to be exactly the same as it was before or there will be problems with the sealing. However nice effort and hopefully you can compare it with the replacement unit soon !

They all look pretty on their own but combined it´s a new level  Nice trays your daughter made ! We only did the first batches with carb hole - in europe the carbhole is very common, in the US everyone clogged it  Since you can lift the ball to have the same function, we just left it...

about 5-10 days shipping time to the US. Not much delay at customs at the moment. normally there is no fee but they seem to charge customers randomly. you have to keep fingers crossed  To the UK it´s a different situation, they charge a fee pretty often here

All Art Edition units are sold ! I leave the sold ones visible for some days, so our customers can watch their unit online until the package has arrived. If you broke your bowl there is no one that you could contact, except a good friend to tell about your sorrow. We tried to repair some bowls...

I hope we have found a suitable solution for you. I am sorry, obviously something went wrong with the labeling. We are very acurate when we sort out b-stock glazes. And yes sometimes things happen fast and unexpected. That´s why we are having this great sale now.

If your "bleeding vapbong" is caused by crazing, why don´t all vapongs behave like this ? Crazing is not a defective glaze, in your case something else has gone wrong. We never claimed our vaporizers to be foodsafe.... it is ceramics and therefore really easy and thoroughly to clean. We...

Indeed there are different information around about the crackles. However - foodsafe means that the material comes into contact with food, that´s not the case if you are using your vapong (hopefully). Regarding bacteria, water + resin is a different story compared to milk or meat. If you use...

The following information is from wikipedia about crackels/craquele. I have no information that crackels are not food safe or causing bacteria. If you have any issues with your device, send us a photo or even better a video and we will check it. "In the manufacture of ceramics, craquelure...

The "dark cracks" are a special behaviour of the ceramics that we are using, called "Craquelé". You can´t clean this, the cracks will become darker and darker within time like a patina. In old japanese ceramics they even tried to get this patina as strong as possible.

No only in the US at the moment. Still much faster and safer than Europe/Germany. In the past months we had more repairs than it should be. We checked the whole process and we changed one component and one tool in our manufacturing process. Actually, we use robust technology and repairs should...

main obstacle is, that it is hard to print certain shapes, the heater is too big for example, it would collapse during printing. you need a big heater in order to have performance. Felix could say a bit more about the obstacles because i don´t know the details during manufacturing. return of...

yes the day will come when someone comes along with a serious copy of our vaporizers. we don´t fear that day because it means we have come really far  people can always decide if they want to have the original or the copy. we rely on that and we will do our best to improve our weaknesses...

look at their draw pipes - crooked like hell  this shows that they have no clue how to work with clay. Most units don´t show a cable - maybe they got some clay painted, but i don´t think their units are wööööörking. The picture below looks more like childporn than a serious vaporizer...
