Awww, this thread is about the exact opposite of what I wanted to read. My zephyr has ceased functioning and now it sounds like I shouldn't hold my breath waiting to return it. Urgh. If there's no hope of returning, I guess I'll feel free to open it up. Has anyone actually fixed one of these...
