That sounds a reasonable choice. But just wondering how the revolve stem copes with the heat of the Anvil (I don’t want to be off-thread, I know this is the tempest thread ^^)

From what I understood, the Tempest stem is basically a v3 Revolve, with the added heat shield. I would expect the diameter of the old revolve helix cooling unit being the same than the new one, making the heat shield adaptable with old version of revolves. But that has to be confirmed, maybe...

Totally worth it !! Even though my point of view is obviously biased, it is a very good addition to a VM lineup, after a little while experiment you’ll find your sweet spot. But if you are going for hash, maybe ask for a slightly hotter setting.

Ahah, I thought exactly the same thing, but I was telling myself only me could be worried about that. And my indicator is the metal part coming out of the middle piece which is nearly aligned with the M. And after a while it just becomes automatic !

Someone mentioned Grenadills been used to make castagnets, thank you @Jess for the pics, they fit really well with your lovely VM :clap: I guess the Station needs a little time to get the hang of it, and it seems fun all the different paths people take, everyone has his owne little tricks :)

Nice combo :) Is that a Simrell MP ? It seems to fit natively a 10mm adaptor.
