I just received confirmation this morning. The unit is being shipped from Germany to the US. Coincidentally or not, this came after a couple of emails to customer service. I was one of the very first buyers. I bricked my unit on November 12th.

I bricked mine last Sunday. Sent an email to S&B last night. Got what seemed to be a canned reply saying I will get a tracking number when the unit ships. They didn’t say when it would ship but implied that it would be this week. I hope that’s the case. I’m starting to get salty about this.

Do we know what the exact problem is yet? Something more specific than “energy management”?

Mine isn’t registered but I did receive the email yesterday. I had tried to register but the app didn’t like the size of my picture of the invoice. Couldn’t upload it.

A couple of data points: - The Venty heats to 380 in 20 seconds. My 4-5 year old Mighty takes 90 seconds. - My old Mighty capsules fit perfectly in the Venty. I cannot tell that the Venty herb capacity is any different than the Mighty. If it is, it‘s not meaningful.

I think I ordered it Tuesday. Shipped on Wednesday. Priority Mail.
