@MDude No difference in heating techniques. Both are heavy hitters, just trying to see how many versions are out there and possible manufacturing differences/enhancements . Bowl sizes are the same and interchangeable.

Heads up. Noticed this evening that some of my Dhgate cart is now unable to ship to US.

Maybe it was the beta days, but I remember reading somewhere also of this issue. The one I remember was actually a case of the knob slipping on the dial pole. The knob was tight enough to feel normal but not tight enough to turn the dial itself. Maybe give that a look see. Best of luck!

I use cascade mode not for back to back bowls, but back to back reheats during same bowl.
