Apparently a lot of button issues. Is the button supposed to be fixed or does it move around a bit? Mine has a lot of side to side movement but it does not feel like it’s at risk of falling off.

Same happened to mine and it also fixed itself. Marc got back to me and recommended using tweezers to grip and rotate the button in the event that it happens again.

so my firewood 7 button just became stuck and will no longer respond to presses. I assume this will require a repair back at the “factory,” but if anyone else has experienced this and managed to fix the button, I’d love to hear about what you did to get it back up and running.

Ya, I think the better way to describe it is that one side of the button is lower/harder to press. Might need to send CS an email.
