Are there any other induction heaters that work with the injector? Also does anyone have a video of it being heated with a torch? Interested in trying this but not willing to splash out on an inductor just yet (although it may be inevitable...)

Hi all, Wondering how people are heating their TAs, particularly when using a wand. Currently I've got Boro balls in mine and am setting the wand to 720f. Have tried with the tempest adaptor but not getting good results, instead I'm finding inserting it through the other side and balancing it...

Is it safe to use the dynavap wand insert if you remove the glass bit? It does fit just wouldn't want to melt anything...

Credit to PP he did a full troubleshoot and we've narrowed it down to most likely being a faulty wand. I can see through his tests that nothing bad is coming off the TA3 when using a torch.

Yep, managed to burn it off. However the TA3 cap is still giving off a weird vapour that smells a bit like burnt hair. Tried taking the balls and screen out, ISO washing, still the same problem. I've now blasted it to the point of anodisation with a torch and it's not making a difference...
