Hey all, so received my new quartz insert from mr. bonsai...unfortunately these inserts are so thick that you can’t even fit a bubble cap on it or even the stock carp cap! Pretty disappointed as it’s the exact size of the switch insert. Anyone know a work around? Haven’t gotten a response from...

Mr. Bonsai from IG just released some quartz inserts for the carta and peak along with ruby and sic terp pearls. Just ordered them, the quartz inserts look a lot thicker than the stock inserts. Interested in seeing how the pearls work with such a small surface area. Will report back...

So just received my repair kit, and I have literally never messed with repairing any atomizers lol. Does anyone have any instructions or tips on how to replace the ceramic disc? Appreciate the help.

When I connect to the app I have to screw my atty on just right or it’ll say it’s an herb atty. i just use That to gauge if I’m in oil or herb more. Hope that helps, otherwise remove atty and rescrew back on to see it recognizes it

Just a tip, my carta quartz inserts fit perfectly inside the ceramic cup on the switch. Still tweaking with the temps but have been able to get pretty good vapor and cleans pretty nice. Just a little cheater way to get quartz. Just wondering if I should be running in crystal mode or not?

Appreciate the thorough response. Do you find yourself using advance mode or basic? Still trying to find that sweet spot. I don’t know if it’s because of the quartz but so far the carta’s flavor has been better.

Hey, just curious about everyone else’s re-heat cycles. How long does one usually wait until heating up the atomizer again for round 2 or to finish leftovers in the insert? Just want to avoid heating up the atomizer to fast in between and burn it out. Thanks

Mine also does this....I think it might be a bug. I’m pretty sure other users have had the same thing happen. I just set the session timer to 1 min. And wait about 5-10 secs and start inhaling. Have had great results but yes mine goes from blue to green almost instantly even with different attys.

Anyone out there know the preset temps for the herb atty?

So have been talking to customer service about an atty dying. They asked me if I use the app and Use the atomizer test within the app...am I missing something or is there an actual atomizer test option with the app that I never noticed??

Yea I was that guy, totally forgot I reinstalled the app and all my settings reset. Was definitely in Celsius ha. Do you atomizers switch from herb to oil on the app based on how tight you screw on your atty? What temps you using for quartz?

Still get black buildup on my quartz insert. Is that unavoidable at the moment with the current attys? I want to be able to produce nice clouds as well so maybe it’s one of those can’t have one without the other type deals...

Since I’ve received my replacement atty(one with numbers printed on the side) I noticed the quartz cup doesn’t rattle. The design doesn’t look much different than before, been having pretty good luck with the quartz bucket. Have still yet to try TI.

Wow now I feel like an idiot haha. Good call man lol. Received a replacement and everything seems the same except there’s some numbers printed on the atomizer. Might be a tester haha, who knows at this point.
