okay so i was just using my iolite and during the initial heat up phase i saw like legit vapor or fumes or something coming out of the exhaust. is this normal? also i have been noticing my iolite does smell like butane when it heats up. do u think my unit is defective and releasing butane fumes?

hey does anyone know if its possible for vapor to escape from the stem whiles its heating up? i feel llike ur supposed to keep your finger over the stem whiles its heating as to not let any vapor escape but i dont know if thats necessary? does vapor sink or float upwards.
