My ACE is one of the prize units from this thread and has the air leak issues in the mouthpiece that were a problem with the first preproduction run. I was wondering if I purchased a new mouthpiece would it fix the problem or were changes made to the body of the vaporizer ?

Thanks for confirming the issue my thought was to stretch an o ring over the lip just above ceramic screen but finding the perfect size and thickness would be more work than it’s worth.

I swapped out the silicon block in my ace unfortunately it did not improve the air leak issue.I was thinking if the air leak is coming from around the bit that holds the ceramic screen a appropriately sized high temp o ring might buildup and provide a better seal. Or it the leak originating...

I stopped using the ACE I won because the mouthpiece seems to not seal correctly. I have been thinking of swapping out the extra replacement silicone bock that came with the unit but I assume that will not fix the issue.

The domed screens should be the answer you seek to reduce bowl size. When I am vaping by myself I tend to reach for my DynaVap 19M.

You can try the screens , personally I have never felt the need. Get a WPA and some glass and you can take it to a whole new level. Have fun
