You mean the hot tip is enough to cause air flowing into the chamber to be warmed up? I really can't visualize it too many variables. :/ Wouldn't the vapor from just heating the base be much thinner then? I usually heat with a single butane closer to the base of the vc to get milky hits.

Anyone tried out heating their vapcap using a donut coil? Like the Divine tribe v3? Would LOVE to know if it heats the bowl evenly.

Has anyone replicated stark1's Ceramic Donut (DTv3) + mod setup for heating the vapcap? How effectively does it work? Seems like it would only heat the base or the very end portion of the vapcap or is that not so?

Hey @stark1, have you finally (haven't seen it in a while) stopped using your ceramic donut heater? Any reasons? Also, check your PM :)
