If I had to guess I’d say roughly 65. And yes that is correct, although I think I’ve posted that in a comment here before, for you I’m just going off speech and opinions!
Sure public was a poor use of words, publicly available may have been better. Part of the problem with moving posts like these is they are taken out of context. If you read the other messages from the thread I did agree with the mod, I simply expressed a sincere belief that inability to question...
I don’t want to be lumped with this dude cause I now feel he’s just kinda being a dick. Regardless I think all my points are reasonable, I just regret using them to defend him
I see where FC is coming from but specifically, saying we cannot question a staff member’s decision is absurd and draconian. If he had been repeatedly contesting your decisions that’s a different scenario but why should you have unquestionable authority in a public forum.
And to be clear this...
I found my tracking number under my order info. It was never emailed to me
also just for comparison my battery life hasn’t been nearly that good, maybe 8 pulls/charge which is about 4 bowls for me
Very interesting. First off I did just misread the 20 degree increments as being F. Interestingly though on the thehopper.io it does say explicitly 430 degrees F, but you’re also correct that 230 C is 446 F and 230 C was stated several times. Essentially they’ve just stated the max temp to be...
I’m wondering where you got this information from. Did you measure this temp yourself? Every piece of hopper IO literature says the max temp is 430 F. Additionally you say 20 degree increments, which I agree, but 302 doesn’t factor into 446 by 20. Really confused by this claim.
That may be your opinion on what the max temp should be set to; In reality though, any temp above what they claim to be the max temp is “too hot.” Whether you agree with what they decided to be the max temp is a different question. *note they did raise the max temp 20 degrees on the IO

So far I've been really enjoying the IO, granted I've only had it several days. Some of the improvements are readily apparent, the back-end being one. I haven't noticed any back-end heat at all during use, and threading it onto...
try ordering a pen case off Etsy. Handmade and much higher quality leather for pretty much the same price. If I remember correctly (got mine like 2 years ago) I think it was $15-20
The whole no-battery IO thing is frustrating me. They said batteries would arrive in 7-10 days, but if we wanted our IO right away without waiting we could forfeit our battery. I agreed to that but the vape wasn’t shipped until yesterday. If they had said I could wait 6 days and get no battery...
@MoltenTiger i appreciate that response. Its the most insightful I’ve seen so far. Nevertheless I feel that there are some flaws in the logic. I’d be happy to continue, I didn’t think I was being uncivilized, but clearly the sub would like to move on so I’m just gonna give it up, no point in...
In science things rarely get proven, hence why they are considered theories. Instead you try to disprove any competing theory. Since I didn’t design the vape I cannot prove my theory, but I can and have disproven yours. Helping people is great and I 100% support your effort. What annoys me isn’t...
Oh my god man why do you keep digging yourself deeper. The tire/car analogy was talking about the spare tire not being part of the cars electrical circuitry, it was completely unrelated to any “weight balance.” If your driving a fancy sports car it’s not gonna have a tire hanging on the back...
@vapviking i see your point about the car but even on a car there are parts that wouldn’t be part of the circuit... most of the car in fact. I would liken the front end more to a spare tire hanging on the back. It’s part of the car, connected, but essentially just a hunk of material.
I think...
