    I would guess I did about 20 burn-off cycles on full blast. Still a bit of fumes coming out after that. Used it a few times anyway, against my better judgement. It seemed to produce decent vapor, so I guess it would be an OK unit if you get one that doesn't outgas and you aren't too worried...

    I swabbed the bowl with iso. The fumes aren't visible without flash/flash light. I assume it's the tape smell as it doesn't smell like hot electronics, at least not any I've smelt before. It's really a rather unpleasant smell.

    I love how this thread was revived with bad news just a couple of days after I ordered mine, lol. Would have loved to see some pics of the guts as well. Right now I'm thinking about reselling it when it arrives.. Just suck it up and order a convection vaporizer or something like the MFLB maybe...
