Has anyone ever dealt with Flowermate US Customer Service?
I'm trying to warranty a Swift pro purchased from Puffitup.com.
Puffitup sold it to me DOA (bad battery) and will not warrantee it. They told me I need to go through Flowermate to replace it. Flowermate US only has a ticket submission...
I also was able to get one of these Swift's from @PuffItUp on the 39.99 sale. Of course it didn't work and puffitup says there is no returns so I cannot add much.

I purchased an Alternate from Puffitup.com (Order #86995) on 04/10/17. I contacted PIU to get a replacement V3 topcap for my cracked V2 topcap after waiting several months.
Jake from PuffitUp informed me that they've stopped selling the Alternate and will no longer honor the warranty...

Yes. All four of my revised caps cracked within 30 minutes or less use. PuffitUp reported at least a 20 percent failure rate earlier in this thread. My topcaps were ordered from both PIU and Vivant directly. I even purchased extras thinking the revamped topcaps were fixed...

These batteries last around 24 minutes at most...I've got 4 of them now that I don't use.
BTW: Just cracked my 4th revised topcap. Waited 5 weeks to get it from PIU. Lasted three 4 minute sessions. It has three cracks around the outer rim. This photograph, return, wait, retry, fail again cycle...

battery (original Sony). I was mid-session where I step-increased the
temperature from 380 to 392 to 410. The bowl was nearly expended
(tasteless), then all of a sudden there was massive smoke,stink and thick...
I updated the firmware today to v1.03. So far it seems to have helped with the runaway temperature problem I was having?? The runaway problem was repeatable before the firmware update. I have currently ran 6 full 300 second sessions without any problems. Maybe it was software?

I bought my first Alternate from PuffItUp and a second one direct from Vivant. Vivant has at least sent replacement topcaps. PuffitUp ?? Still Waiting since beginning of April?
