I cannot get a heart at all every time I go to the WiFi page to connect my controller shuts off and re sets and I have to start from scratch but when I did reset my unit the update came up and I am now on the .19 version

Every time I go to the cloud link it will give me a red cloud and does not pair. And I’m on 1.1.18, it will connect the to WiFi now but I cannot get a green cloud in the dashboard or get a heart

Yeah I’ve tied everything hard reset, deleting my unit and trying to pair the WiFi and I still can’t connect my unit to the dashboard. It actually reset twice by its self after I tried hooking it to WiFi

Well it looks like the server is back up and running! not sure what the issues are about but I just double checked mine and i’m connected and able to view dashboard settings and tuning just not able to install the update yet I was on able to do this an hour ago EDIT.... now it is not working...
