Hi guys so im curious about one and would like to know if someone could help me .. let's say I've been using the IQ for a while and then something happens and I need to claim the warranty and I need to return it to Davinci ,so let's say I clean as much as in can but maybe not perfectly ans...

@cloraform do you think the brush tool that we use to "scrape" stuck material from the over , could also scrape some dust from the crack? or in you opinion it should be broken in half and scrape with hard object (knife like) to actually create dust ? , just wondering thanks

I also want @Davinci_vaporizer to come here , or even better an actual official announcement in their website explaining the ceramic oven cracks,health concern and if it will happen to every unit but how I see things I DONT think we will get a detail answer addressing all the questions/concerns...

@ar30laa oh man sorry to hear that , such bad luck, have you try a Hard Reset of the IQ , I dont know if that will fix it but you could give it try , I dont know how to do it exactly but @Davinci_vaporizer shoud be able to help or maybe someone here.

Thet really sucks !,what did canada Post tell you when you called them ? was it written in the pkg BRAZIL ? or they messed up? well sorry to read this man , I hope mine gets here and that when it gets here there is no problems with it ,someone just wrote on the Davinci IQ that he has gotten 2...

@ar30laa , sorry to hear such bad experience with IQ, I just got my shipping notification from davinci IQ and praying that it gets here and works fine, could you tell us what happened with your 2 IQs? cheers
