    Interesting that all the update complaints seem to be from Android users. My iPhone did it flawlessly. That tells me that the update process wasn't well tested. Hopefully FF will fix this soon for all you Android people. HC

    That does not sound good. I would suggest you call them rather than wait for an online response. You could well be right in a narrow sense. It definitely made mine a lot more effective than it was when it was brand new. Maybe that depends on whether your FF2 was operating optimally to begin...

    Neither was I when I had my problem. I assumed they would either send me a new battery or ask me to send it in. I only found out about the update when I called them, and since the update fixed my issues, I don't need to send it in. HC
