Can anyone suggest a good way of measuring the temp. of my quartz dishes that I use in my Liger? I have a temp. gun but wouldn't that pass through and read the bucket and not the dish itself? ...or maybe I'm over complicating things. I have a tendency to do that.

My inner is 30mm with the rims being another maybe 10mm. So you measure the total diameter? Good to know.

Those are some big nips. Mine looks like a 1/4 of that size and the machining for the inlet looks just not good.
