Gotta agree. It isn’t cheap, but especially the 18mm is worth the money. It keeps that open 18mm airflow unlike so many other ash catchers that constrict quickly to 14mm, so it really doesn’t change an open draw much at all… although it will take a fraction of a second longer to clear the glass...

I am on the fence about the carb hole and ultimately I am happy I don’t have to hold the Prophet every time I hit it. Also you can run it with water backwards. A simple pass through does the trick if you need to carb. But it would be a slight adjustment.

Having read this entire thread a few times (exactly two) I am still confused as to your role with CC. Friend? Family? I really get the sense you have played a role in their designs or as a liaison with the Chinese blowers. At worst, you keep appraised of CC’s goings on better than anyone...
