Spoke to VGOODIEZ. They’re sold out and do not plan on supporting YLL in the future. (Don’t know why)
Can anybody recommend other sources for YLL IH 2,0 in the States?
@HerbieVonVapster, I have a Wismec dna250 and both a Splinter v1 and a Z sharing the mod (till I decide on another). I notice that the Splinter Profile has the Preheat Power set to 60w, but the SplinterZ's Preheat Power is 1 w. Wondering if that's right? Thanks.
Lucky to have scored a canarywood 2 hole. I like that it’s a lighter shade from other woods offered.
Finally will get to experience some Zion tech. Looking forward to being part of this thread. Off looking for a mod!:)
I hAd those same questions when I got involved in @Pipes DIY. I fretted about all of your concerns. Pipes maintains a Mod List that has proven to work with The Project, which was helpful to me. I would hope that Ryan (or all of us....) starts a Mod list about what works OK.
Yes; I...
I returned it. Ryan had offered me a refund. That was never in question. It's just that he wasn't going to exchange it for another unit that would meet my specs. I posted his explanations. I just wasn't going to accept what I considered an obvious quality flaw -one that I would have to look...
Everything is relative. The Zion was the first vape purchased, last to arrive. Having waited so long and after paying much more than others here, seeing this flaw disappointed me.
Hey Man,
please reread my post. My opinion is he handled it shitty. IN ALL KINDNESS, I'm not lookimg for lectures from you. Maybe you weren't aware of this shit show.
Hey Mods, I got my ZION. This is going to be a critical review but kind.
I've paid $269.99 for my Zion plus $49.99 for a lifetime warranty on January 2016. For that money, I should not expect cosmetic flaws. Yea yea , Ryan works hard and has sacrificed, yada yada.
I'm not a RBT hater...
I Sticky Bricked my Daisy. :)

Took advantage of 420 sale and picked up screens too. The longer stem allows me to gauge vapor production much easier. Highly recommended.
@almost there , it wasn't that hard, took about 30 minutes. I took out the intake tube to get that out of the way. I only concentrated on the scorch mark and continued till it was gone. Being that I used a very high grit (1200 I believe) sand paper, there's no visible unevenness on the wood...
I did that to my Cherry Daisy intake block. I used very fine sand paper, over a 1000 grit, and sanded with the grain. Came out pretty good. You can still see some scorch on inside edge to the left of the o-ring.
