I have here a custom, one of a kind Seed of Life piece. Only about 5-6 made, each different from the next. This piece comes as a set with matching accessories. It stands 17" tall and will come with a Ryot padded duffle bag for free. Everything is brand new, only used maybe 4 times.

I'm also very happy with the customer service. Maybe people confuse this with "perfect" or something. I also had a little incident that had to be resolved. I also was upset about the coil needing ghetto rigging, and so on.
All I know is that when Josh does interact with his customers, people...
I'm glad things are looking better for you all. I'm now itching to get my hands on some sapphire but to be honest I don't have access to the tasty stuff... or the money... lol
The lower the temp, the less you will vaporize. That's just how it works. You're used to hotter temp dabs, maybe? I am, I still don't like wasting the oil just to make it taste better. I smoke to get medicated, and I find I get a better experience with low temps but not a better 'high'.

Just want to give an update after reading all these posts about spreading the coil.
I own the 20mm v2 Liger with which I used a regular cylinder shaped coil. Even with that I never felt the need to spread the coil since it worked just fine. I did have to make it fit tighter, however.
Now...
I don't know what to say. Every company has their moments. Not all products work as intended.
The vast majority of Liger owners, it seems, have no problem figuring things out or getting it to work properly.
This just reminds me of a 4.5/5 star rated Amazon product. You will have a hard time...
One thing to note, when I say leave the bridge of the banger loose enough to adjust by hand, you must keep in mind it also has to be tight enough to hold its position.
It's easy enough, though. Tighten it by hand enough that it won't be loose, but not so tight you can't unlock it again by hand.
I had the same issue and it wasn't the coil, it was a lack of contact between the coil and the bucket. I had to put the temps at 900+ to get a good hit. Once I used a washer I'm back to <700.
The tilting shouldn't be a problem since you can adjust the degree of tilt anyway. One mistake I made...
From bottom to top, it should be washer, coil, bucket. The coil needs to touch the bucket and it needs to be flush on it. This will maximize heat transfer. Check to see if you have it backwards.
Also, Josh said he was going to rework the locking cap that goes on the bottom of the bucket so...
If I were you I would worry more about finding the "sweetspot" of your enail than what the actual temp is on the nail.
I have two separate enails that both give me the same "sweetspot" low temp hits but their temp readings are off by at least 25°. Once you get to know your equipment a little...
I agree you shouldn't put up with just about anything. Being reasonable is key here. I'm only speaking about Josh and the current situation with his product. He has an amazing reputation and is known for doing what he can to make his customers happy. I think he deserves to be given a break...
I've been shopping online for almost a decade so I understand people's frustration. However it is your turn to understand that this is a small gig. Josh literally cannot keep up with demand. I mean this is a reality and having an attitude that says those problems have nothing to do with your...
I too own a Fab Egg from DHgate and I can tell you that yes, if it is already prone to tilting, the cap will be a bit too much weight. You can counter this by always having your non dominant hand on the base of the rig at all times. I do this with some of my poorly designed rigs.
I personally...
One day I just caught myself being ridiculous. Here I am, willing to splurge $1800+ on glass but complain about a $200 nail...
I'm convinced that investing in accessories is just as important as investing in glass.
And I just want to note, I believe that this design while it isn't new, it would work with a much better fit/seal on titanium than you ever could with glass. Glass will always have more surface imperfections compared to machined products. The function itself would improve (enough for most of us...
Yeah I tested it on my 20 but like I said earlier, I think this kind of carb function is perfect for a bigger dish. The best part of it all is the fact this is a modular system. All Josh would need to make is a bowl shaped cap with threading on it. I could also see him making a short pointy...
Right, let me clarify.
The cap fits perfectly as it should. It does create a solid seal and when twisting it with your fingers, it remains sealed. However, once you attempt to tilt it (just few millimeters) it breaks the seal.
The video I posted shows the method I want to use with the carb...
