I got my hopper back today. It came with a new charger and 4 total batteries, one in the device and 3 in the box. Once the maintenance people are done with their inspections and whatnots I will test it out. I am eagerly looking forward to this.

Quick update on the EMail situation. HL got back to me this evening. I give them massive credit for responding on a Sunday. My hopper will be sent out within a couple weeks. I look forward to having it back. There's just something about it that's more enjoyable than any other vape I've tried.

True. It's all going to fail sooner or later. But I think the Fog has a specific issue going on. Will be interested to see if anyone else eventually has the same failure. I guess it all is up to personal experience.

Yep. Both my LG batteries and the one that came with it. I suspect the same board/card has failed again in the same way as the symptoms are the same.
