Quick question: I haven't received an email about the Zion shipping, even though I placed an order back in 2015. Should I be worried? Or have only a few people received emails so far?

Thanks a lot to everyone who answered my question, particularly @MrPeanut and @IAmKrazy2. I forgot to add a glass stem to the order, and I realized after that fact that I'd entered my address incorrectly. I suppose that for now I will just wait to hear from RBT.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with RBT? I placed an order for a Zion a few days ago, but I need to make some changes to the order. I sent a message via the feedback form, but haven't heard anything back. I really don't want to cancel the order; I really want a Zion!
