It is a photo of a large SCS grinder, on the small SCS grinder webpage, that is why the hole shapes and sizes look different. You can see the correct hole sizes and shapes, not very clearly, in the other photos on the page.

I think you will find that is a photo of a large SCS, not a small. The photos on their site do not seem to necessarily match the size that the webpage is for. The front-on photos, as you posted above, seem to be all large models, but the other photos show the correct small models.
