Grind size (medium, not fine) and how firm you pack it in the stem. So too fine and too tight = too restricted for me.

Grind and tightness of pack make a huge difference in draw for me.

Ok, thanks for the replies. The black silicon ring on the top of the chamber has also swollen and make the canisters difficult to get out. I may just contact them to send it in for replacement.

Has anyone had their blue LCD screen turn dark on the right side when up around 390F or higher? Depending on what I have or feel like, at the end of a session I take it to 390F and then 405F and have noticed that the right quatrer side of the screen is full dark.
