I had just read a post someone put on the Carta subreddit someone had their top crack with the ceramic. So I believe it just gets brittle from the heat transfer, maybe it wasn't the best material to use at first.

I went ahead and used some of my rewards points to get the EQ v2 insert a bit cheaper than with the 30% off beta offering. Now I'll just have to wait for it to get shipped and head this way I'll more than likely use that until the replacement tops are released for the Atomizers since the SiC...

Has anyone tried the ceramic insert for the Puffco in the v2 atomizer or the Everlast? It seems like it could fit but I don't have any on hand to test myself.
